Friday’s 12-3pm, Saturday’s 9-11am

If you want to pickup up another day besides Friday’s and Saturday’s. We can discuss that.

I still do wedding deliveries, all other deliveries are based on whether I can or can’t at that time.

My name is Kayla Eickmann and Sparkles Bakery is my pride and joy. I am the face behind the all the goodness. I love creating amazing baked goods that celebrate all types of events. Right now Sparkles Bakery is ran out of a licensed commercial kitchen. I am excited to be planning for the future and hope to open a store front very soon.

  • The cupcakes and cookies I ordered for my sisters bridal shower were EXACTLY what I asked for. I sent pictures for an idea of what I was looking for and they were delivered exactly as requested. The compliments on both were endless throughout the shower and the bride to be was absolutely in love with them. I couldn't have asked for anything better especially coming from Hawaii to Denver and giving such short notice on what was needed. PLEASE use Sparkles Bakery for all your dessert needs.   • I gave Kayla instructions on the size, flavor, and colors of the cake, but left the design up to her. She created a gorgeous cake that blew away my expectations. This cake is for my wife's 40th and there is a celebratory and yet refined feel to what she designed. We can't wait to dive in!

  • We've ordered two cakes from Kayla so far and both have been amazing. She is an exceptional decorator, and she does a great job with the flavours and textures of her creations as well! She should earn an extra star because our most recent order -- a blueberry cheesecake with chocolate chip cookie dough -- was a weird craving, but she pulled it off! Kayla also does beautiful cookies with fantastic decoration skill.
